How many kids can fit in the Game Truck?

We can fit up to 24 guests inside our Game Theatre. 

Is there an age limit?

Our years of experience in the business have taught us that our Game Theatre is appropriate for ages 6 and older. Any children younger than 6 need to be accompanied by an adult to be inside the Game Truck. 

How much space do you need?

The truck is about 32 feet long. We need at least 55 feet of space to be able to maneuver and park.

Can you come to parks?

Yes, as long as we have somewhere to park the truck, we can travel to any park, restaurant or other location. *Customer is responsible for all permits if required.

What consoles do you have? Do we choose games ahead of time?

VisionWorks Mobile Entertainment is always updating and uses the most current games and gaming systems. We feature the best games for Nintendo Switch, XBOX X, and PlayStation 5.  We will bring our entire game library and have games suitable for all ages. The customer has control of the games made available for the kids. While you cannot choose specific games ahead of time, you are able to choose the game maturity before the event. *Grand Theft Auto is not permitted in the Game Theatre.

What happens during inclement weather?

Our game truck is climate controlled and can handle both cold and warm days. We can operate in all weather conditions, as long as it is safe to travel.

Do you allow food and drinks inside the GameTruck?

VisionWorks Mobile Entertainment does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

Do parents need to supervise?

Parents are not required to supervise but are free to come, stay or go as they please. Our Game Coaches take care of it all and parents can sit back and let us deliver an exciting party for your guests.

Our Truck

When VisionWorks Mobile Entertainment pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our staff will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck is long and we will need a minimum of 50 feet of space to maneuver and park. 

Video Game Ratings

Our staff will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorization from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the staff  know as soon as you can after he/she gets there. *Grand Theft Auto is not permitted on the Game Truck.

How do you play Fortnite or any other online game on your truck?

The host of the event is responsible for providing internet service that we can access within a 200ft distance. 

 Do we need to sign a Liability Release Form?

Yes, however we make it easy for parents to sign just one liability release form if they agree to accept full responsibility for any incidents or damages on their own property for all players/guests. All players/guests include any person on the homeowners property who engages in the VisionWorks Mobile Entertainment, LLC experience, whether invited or not invited. If the homeowner waives the option to accept full responsibility then it is up to the parent/homeowner to collect and provide signed Liability Release Forms for all guests before the event begins.

NOTE: If the original purchaser or associated person(s) is not at the designated location and does not arrive within 30 minutes after the scheduled party time, VisionWorks Mobile Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to vacate the contracted site and render all services performed without refund. Delays will be considered as running time of the scheduled event.
